Conference Registration

There are two steps for delegate registration:

1. Please complete the online Conference registration form

2. Send payment

Accompanying Persons should also submit a registration form.

Individual Registration Fees
Fees for the 2015 International Aerospace Engineering Conference:

$700 USD Authors
$600 USD e-Presenters
$500 USD Conference Attendants
$400 USD Students
$300 USD Accompanying Persons
$150 USD Additional paper

The Conference registration fee must be prepaid.

The Conference registration fee includes:
• admission to the Conference
• a printed copy of the Conference program
• a copy of the Conference Proceedings on a USB flash drive
• Speakers: Publication of your Full Paper in the Proceedings of the 2015 IAEC
• Students: Publication of your Abstract or Full Paper in the Proceedings of the 2015 IAEC
• Certificate of Attendance/Presentation awarded by the IAEC Conference Organising Committee
• WIFI access via delegate's laptop
• admission to all receptions, and daily lunch and coffee breaks
(please communicate any special dietary requirements upon Conference registration).

Corporate Dinner
The Conference Organising Committee requests your attendance to the Corporate Dinner in the evening of 6th August. Fee: $100 USD, not included in Conference registration fee.

Payment of Conference Fees
Payment of Conference fees can be made via online transaction using PayPal Merchant Services payment processor. PayPal Merchant Services transactions are protected using encrypted SSL security measures. PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal account payments. A PayPal account is not required for online credit card payments.

Payment of Conference fees can also be made by cheque or Bank (wire) transfer. All payments should be made to ‘Marques Engineering Ltd’. Please contact the Conference Organising Committee to arrange payment
([email protected]). For security reasons, we strongly discourage sending credit card information
via email or postal mail.

Transfer of Registration
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if the registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to [email protected] Please include the full name of the replacement person, contact phone number and email address. Registration details will be assigned to the new person attending.

Group Discounts
Group discounts are available for the IAEC conference. The group discount is 10%. Your group should consist of 3 or more attendees from the same company and register at the same time. For enquiries on group bookings please email [email protected]

• A full refund will be given if notice of cancellation is received by 30th June, 2015.
• A refund of 50% of the fee is assessed if cancellation is requested after 30th June, 2015.
• No refund will be given for cancellations after 15th July, 2015.
• A cancellation administration fee of $30 USD will be applied.

The Conference Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel the Conference in the event of a natural disaster, terrorist act, strike, government regulation, act of God, or any other emergency making it illegal or impossible to hold the Conference. In the event of Conference cancellation, IAEC will only be responsible for returning the attendee's Conference registration fees.
