The following are included in the Exhibitor fee:

• Brochure included in the Conference Registration package
• Company logo and web link shown in the Conference website
• A 20-min speaker slot (optional)
• One complimentary Conference Registration

The complimentary Conference Registration includes:

• Admission to the Conference
• A printed copy of the Conference program
• A copy of the Conference Proceedings on a USB flash drive
• WIFI access via the Company representative's laptop
• Admission to all receptions, and daily lunch and coffee breaks
• Option to submit a paper for publication in the Conference Proceedings
• Company representatives are requested at the Conference corporate dinner
(fee of $100 USD not included in the Exhibitor package)
